We take all complaints seriously. We have a full complaints policy and procedure which is available from the school office or for download above. Initial complaints should be made to the Executive Headteacher, Lyndsey Jeffries via telephone on 01323 914 600 or via email to Office@mountfieldheathschool.co.uk.
If the complaint is concerning the Headteacher, please contact Ciaran Walsh, Regional Director – Education on 01204 522667 or via email to ciaran.walsh@ofgl.co.uk. An appeals process is included in this policy.
